They let me mail my small rug in rather than pay more for pick up/delivery. Rug perfectly cleaned and they offered extra stuff including a pad that actually does keep the rug from sliding.

I've been using Rug Renovating for years and they never fail to do a fantastic job! Also, the pickup and delivery service they use is wonderful! I wish all such service vendors were as diligent at sending texts as to when they are showing up, using not only a 2-hour window, BUT when the day arrives, they send a 15-minute notice! And they keep it! Do not hesitate to use Rug Renovating; they do beautiful work. You won't be disappointed.
