Excellent service! Our antique hand-woven rugs came back better than when they were new to us! The no-skid custom pads are worth every penny as well. Every customer service rep, from the delivery people to the sales people, were courteous, efficient, and pleasant every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Rug Renovating is amazing! Their entire team (i.e. customer service, workroom, on-site technicians, pick-up/delivery crew, etc.) is simply wonderful. I have used their various services for my interior design clients and myself for over 15 years and they have never let me down. They know their stuff! Companies like this are few and far between these days and I am so grateful to have them as a resource. Highly recommend!!
