Kenny Kelton, the sales representative, was outstanding—he coordinated directly with our insurance company and personally came out multiple times to meet the inspection team. Each time, Kenny was there to answer questions and make the process smooth and stress-free.

Once I decided to move forward with the replacement, everything happened very quickly. After signing the contract at their Livingston office, the team was at my house within just two days, and the entire roof was replaced efficiently and professionally.

“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done.
