The heating system has four zones which all work as designed and save energy as we have the coordinated thermostats shutting down parts of the house during times we do not use the rooms.
Both installations were done in one day each and the three-man crews were careful, clean and respectful. They do want you to use their annual service contract for inspection and maintenance for the warranty period so ask other bidders their policy if that concerns you.
