As soon as we came in they were very attentive with asking questions about our dog and did a thorough look if he had any matting on the fur. We feel like they really took their time to make sure that the cut was what we exactly wanted. They were very informative as well on how our dog was during the haircut. What we were really surprised about was the change of demeanor our dog had after the haircut; usually he’d be crying when we get home after getting groomed from his past groomers, but this time as soon as we got home he was energetic and happy and wasn’t crying at all. “I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Lynn, Kathy and the entire staff here. My baby Marley crossed the Rainbow Bridge this past Sunday afternoon. Dr. Lynn and her staff gave me extra time with Marley. They took extra good care of her. Anytime we hit a hurdle l, they worked with me on changing her medication, making time in their schedule to see her, comforted me through all the rough times while Marley was in hospice. I highly recommend their services and, yes I know the cost of vet care is expensive, but they always went above and beyond for my Marley.
