“These guys are 6plus stars! My home computer network crashed on a Monday 4 pm. I work from home so my goose was cooked. Two other vendors did not help. Phoned TPK and spoke to Ralph. Tom calledme back. Tuesday noon I picked up new router plus switches etc Tom walked me thru set up. I was up and running at 1:30 pm, less than 24 hours after crash! Fantastic! “My laptop fell, the screen cracked and the cursor and the touch screen weren’t working. I went to see Mike right after leaving ubreakifix after I was told I’ll be charged $78 for just diagnosing whatever was wrong with the laptop.Mike was extremely nice to me. He took a look at the laptop and wanted to be sure it was worth repairing. After a detailed diagnosis it wasn’t really worth it. He didn’t leave it at that, he made sure I could at least use it. So he fixed the cursor issues and got it working. I wasted a good amount of his time but he didn’t charge me for that service.It’s very rare to get such a service and a nice and knowledgeable guy like that.Thank you so much.“
