Staff at front desk are easy to speaks and communicative
My family n I are their customers for almost two years and no complaints at all
This place is using sane technology like other big name dry cleaners who are charging high price for no reason

Yes, they clean your clothes. Yes, it costs $1.99 per item. No, they never get off their phone to acknowledge you or say thank you. And if they put in your phone number wrong when looking up the item it wasn't bc they were on the phone, you must have given them the wrong number.
