Nobody is ever prepared for the air conditioner to break in the summer, except for TemperaturePro! Our A/C condenser shut off and PSEG came out to identify that there was likely a leak with the coolant. We then immediately called TemperaturePro to investigate the problem further. They were able to send out an expert technician that same evening to confirm our suspicions. Ghassan came out the next day to discuss our options for repair or a new unit, and we decided to go with a new RUUD unit. Ghassan is professional and a gentleman. He makes one feel comfortable with asking questions, unlike his competitors. He gave me a fair price for the system. Very pleased with the service. They were polite and professional on the phone both initially and with follow-up contacts and able to set us up with an appointment in a timely manner. Joe, the technician, was excellent, both in his interaction with us and in the work he did. When we had them do significantly more than what we initially contacted them about (because of our confidence in them), they were still able to get the job within the same time frame and complete it on time. They explained everything, did not try to push anything on us, and pricing was fair. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.
