We did pre planning with wonderful people at Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels. It was the smartest and easiest thing we could have done. Everyone we dealt with from the person who answered the phone to the people who helped us make plans were compassionate, knowledgeable, kind and made the whole experience like dealing with a wonderful family rather than making a final business deal. They made the whole process easy. They followed through on all the plans we made and handled my husband's passing with dignity and no fuss. I highly recommend Mount Sinai.
Mt. Sinai Memorial Chapels handled the funeral arrangements for my wife. Every detail from beginning to end was done professionally and with compassion. A special thanks to Darian who greatly helped resolve a problem with cemetery just before the interment.
The staff at Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels took care of our worst moments with utmost sensitivity, providing us with direction and comfort at this emotionally challenging time.
