I had gotten extensions put in by someone else (not at this location) I went to several places due to bad k tips and they all did not want to take on that large project. I called this salon crying and they had me come in for a consultation then and there. They even tried to help by having a girl who does extensions come in, sadly she did not feel well. They had me come in first thing the next morning and Melissa did my hair on her day off. She was kind, explained everything to me, and even took on the 5-hour long process of removing jenky k tips (once again this was not originally done there.) This Salon is so amazing, everyone is so wonderful they make you feel and look like a million bucks! Melissa is my stylist and I can’t thank her enough for taking my damaged and badly cut hair to a beautiful state. I feel more confident now then ever before. And the fact that my hair is healthy and colored to perfection I just love this place!

Such a friendly salon! I really needed a trim and they were closing, but they took me right away. I am so grateful. My hair had bad split ends and I feel so much better. Thank you for the great customer service! I definitely will be back
