Dr. Jacobs explained everything thoroughly and was very patient. I did not feel rushed. She was both knowledgeable and personable. I have already referred a good friend to Hearing Life.
Informative but had to ask questions for every piece of info we received. Would have liked to have more information on the different kinds. Received a list of prices and had to ask for names of products. A little surprised that we were not expected to pick a price and not product.
Everyone at the office was very professional and made sure that I understood everything and that I had no questions. My second pair of hearing aids and I did not want to deal with anyone other than Hearing Life of East Brunswick. Dr Jacob's was very knowledgeable about hearing issues and was up to date on the newest models on the market. A real pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend using them for hearing aids.
