My first experience was alittle rough but ultimally turned out well. I ordered a brand new guitar for pick up for my boyfriend. When I went to pick it up. They gave me an open box floor model one. Wild to think they would think I would accept this after paying for a brand new one.Thankfully Nick was great and called another store to get me a new one and he had it expedited to my house. It arrived the next day and I didn't have to drive another hour to get it.

The employees themselves are relatively friendly, but unfortunately, they have little to no urgency when it comes to tending to customers. Every time I go to buy anything in the store, I have to wait almost 10 minutes for one of the employees to acknowledge that I'm waiting to buy something. And when it comes to calling the store, they absolutely do not care and will make you wait for a really long time just for a response. Plus, they almost always seem short staffed, but don't bother applying because they will just instantly deny your application regardless of what experience you have. I just started my first guitar lessons here and I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the entire staff, especially my teacher Elias. I recommend them highly.
