I have been patronizing the Eco-green cleaner/Blacks cleaners Inc. for years by bringing pants/jeans to be altered there. This time I brought my sweater there because I needed the zipper to be replaced. I paid $30 ahead and when I picked up the sweater, the zipper that was installed was too short and the front of the sweater was ruined by the fact that the zipper wasn’t sewn on properly. The owner told me that it was a difficult job and she refused to replace it with a longer zipper. If the job was so difficult to do, why did she accept it? Picked up designer shirt with stain, twice in a month. Had no stains when I dropped them off. Told the owner, showed him with date stamp on photos it came out of the bag. Had the audacity to call the police on me to verify the stain. Both police officers agreed it was the same stain. Dennis the owner claimed there was nothing wrong with the shirt. The officers then asked him to refund my money, he refused. Terrible service, dishonest business. An hour later, I just received a call telling me if I wanted he'd refund me. No thanks you just lost a long time client. Had the nerve to call the police and lie. Save yourself the headache find a reputable honest cleaner!... read full review
