“Honestly, no redness or swelling or irritation or pain at all even hours afterwards. I got aquaphor (recommended by Kristen) but I don't think I even need it (still will since it was advised to do so). I do tend to heal fast. However all the props go to Kristen and the amazing work, talent, and expertise she’d shown.But seriously, I'm super happy about this!! Most of my friends don't live in the states or NJ anymore and shave like I did. If they are ever in the area and they ask I'll definitely refer them to you! I hope you'll have the time to squeeze them in. Thank you so so much this has been such a great experience. Kinda mad I didn't start this sooner! No reason at all to be apprehensive.“

“You need to run here and get waxed! I had my first session with Tenika today and she was so kind, efficient, she explained in detail every part of the procedure, and it truly didn’t even hurt! I’ve been getting Brazilians for years and this is the best one I’ve ever had. I was nervous because I hadn’t gone in a long time due to moving and I couldn’t believe how painless it was. “I have been searching for a facial that also included a massage because I couldn't decide if I wanted a facial or a massage for my birthday and I didn't want to have to go to two different places and I found Cloud 9. I read the review and I got excited to try it. I was a bit worried because what if the reviews were not true or what if it didn't suit my standards? I made an appt with Yelitza through Helene who was away but still managed to text me and schedule something for me. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very relaxing ambiance and inviting clean and soothing smell. I was happy to see that they don't allow shoes inside the studio. This made me so happy because hygeine is important to me. Yelitza came to get me at the front waiting area. She was so sweet, kind and very warm. So I laid down on a heated bed in a calm and serene room. She gave me a thorough, deep and heavenly 30 minute back massage to start off. Then followed by over an hour relaxing and cleansing facial ( she extracted impurities and not just lathered my fave with cream). What I love about this experience was that she was massaging my neck and head while waiting for thr serim/cream to absorb on my skin. Most places I have been to, they leave you for 15 minutes and come back when your face is ready after the steam. Not Yelitza. She never left me so I felt that the over and hour service I paid for was really an hour and not 20 minutes because she was literally by my side all through out. She also never intruded my peace and quiet but only talked to me when I talked to her. She had great bedside manners. I loved my experience here and will make this my annual birthday treat for myself but will definitely go back for my regular facials.Thank you so much!!!“

I will definitely be back. Big plus: Radiant uses soft wax (yay!) as opposed to hard wax that I find way more uncomfortable. Hard to find soft wax in the NYC area.“
