“I recently sent my dog Maya who is a 10 month old female German shepherd dog to Fido Fidelis for their 2 week board and train program. Peter and his team were absolutely amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and have a true passion for training dogs. I was provided with report card updates weekly during the board and train program so I could see Mayas progress. Maya came back a whole new dog and I now have full confidence in her knowing she was trained by Fido Fidelis. I wouldn’t send anyone anywhere else but Fido Fidelis for your dog training needs!“

“I'm conflicted about recommending Behavior Plus because it was not a good experience for me & my dog but I do believe that they are credible and the right way of training. I got caught up maybe as a distraction because after the second private session I didn't feel like there was investment in us. I paid up front for eight 90 minute private sessions. At the 2nd or 3rd session I asked about it because our sessions were 45 minutes. Frank said oh don't worry about that you'll be around a lot more than 8 sessions - We're going to get him into some classes with our trainers and may even get him off leash. I can't push him more than he can do and right now that's 45 minutes. I was impressed & excited! But, after 8 sessions of a 45-50 minute walk, I was told that's the last session, keep in touch. I feel like Oliver was jipped and we were just incidental in a busy time because they were moving locations. I also felt a bit disrespected instead of being guided. I'm very upset because in the end I didn't help my dog. It actually left me in tears.“

He goes there for daycare and as soon as I turn onto Hopper Ave. he's so anxious to get there that he cry/barks until I get him out of the car at the facility The staff is always friendly, kind and very professional with both the animals and humans. I've had collies for 40 years and have always been very particular regarding their care. When I leave Finn at Tanner's I am confident that he is in the best hands possible (besides mine) and he will be safe and have a great day playing. “Really attentive vet who took the time to explain observations during his exam and walk us through her vaccines and suggested supplements / further checkups. The staff were also really friendly and treated our dog with loving care. Also importantly they explained options/recommendations and were very transparent about pricing and options so we could make our own decision rather than being surprised at a bill (which happened at our last vet - Riverside vet clinic, do not recommend). We were really happy with our first visit and will be back soon for her booster shots! Thank you!“
