Came home very late from being away to no heat. Called Rick around 7am and he had his guys here within an hour. They were also able to fix the toilet and came back the next day with a new hot water heater to replace the old one that was shot. Great job and much appreciated.

I cannot speak highly enough of Rick and his company. He is very responsive, knowledgable, and honest. We used him for multiple utility related projects/installations and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Rick is also extremely honest and without going into details, was fair in his assessments of other quotes I showed him from competitors (that is, he acknowledged when competitors gave reasonable quotes). He is not pushy and seems to actually care about his customer's satisfaction and needs. I would not hesitate to use his company's services again. We needed a new blower fan for my 15 year old a/c furnace unit. Rick and his guys came, removed the old blower, and ordered a replacement which came the next day. They installed it and it works perfectly. Very professional and responsive service. I highly recommend!
