“So I waited to write this review because I could not believe the service I got and quite frankly I was waiting for something to go wrong. Happily nothing did! This saga started on Thanksgiving when we woke up to no heat and a houseful of folks heading our way. We have a home repair policy with AHS so I put in a service call.The initial company eventually arrived after PSEG came out for a gas smell visit and got the heat back on. That initial company made several trips and replaced a few components. Shortly after their last visit we woke to a boom and no heat. They came back, this time with the owner who said there "may" have been a recall on my 15 year old boiler and proceeded to replace all the gas tubesWe thought all was well until Christmas when once again no heat - why do these things always happen on holidays??We put in a new service request with AHS assuming the initial company would come back. Nope! Instead First Goal was assigned and I was very skeptical. That was until I met Kerri Murphy. Amazingly she sent me a text message and called in lightening fast speed asking if I was home as she was sending a tech out in 30 minutes or less.Now I thought this lady is crazy, nobody ever responds that quickly. Well you can set you watch by First Goal!! I got yet another text confirming the time and telling me who was coming. I figured this company is pretty high tech but can they fix my problem?The tech that came was great. Very professional and knew his stuff replacing the Aguastat which may have been the problem all along. I'm a brand new customer and will be using these folks going forward. Ya don't usually get the whole package with any service folks but this company wraps it all up on a nice big fat bow!!Don't call them unless you want great service and a professional visit. These folks are welcome in my home anytime“
