Great service from Air 1! My AC went out today (7/30) and I called for service in the early AM and while they were already fully booked for the day, they told me they would call if anything opened up - they called a little after 12:30 with an immediate opening and arrived about 20 mins later and did the repair. Excellent service and communication and very much appreciated!
We’ve used Air One for servicing our central air conditioning for several years and have been very happy with their service. It’s very easy to schedule appointments, they are very responsive and I have found every technician they’ve sent to be very professional and pleasant. This year we had Marcos do the service and he was a total professional.
Another professional and efficient visit today at my home by Air 1. Jose was on time and completed the check up on our gas boiler in a timely manner. Jose also took the time to explain what had been completed during his visit. We have been very satisfied customers of Air 1 for seven plus years now and I highly recommend Air 1 for all HVAC and other in house equipment.
