My nail tech had to fix my friends nails because her tech, had a brown/auburn bob not sure her name, was being rude to her and my friend claimed she felt like the tech was in a rush to just get her out of her chair. We booked this appointment days in advance. We told the girl at the front desk about the issues as well but nothing really came out of it.
My nails came out crooked and had bumps underneath where they should have filed down but I ended up going home and fixing it myself because I wanted to be out of there.

Friendly staff, clean chairs, very modern.
But I can’t recommend this place, unfortunately, based on my own experience.
VIP needs to take the time to re-paint their samples because zero out of the three colors I chose matched the swatches. The only gave me a book of colors and failed to show me the tons of stacks they had, as well. Finally I just thought I was going crazy looking at two colors and deciding against them but on the third I had to take a photo to show that they do not match. My pedicurist just kept repeating that he has chosen the correct number but the swatch was clearly off.

Got a pedi with Ivonne and I had an amazing experience. She made sure I was a priority and did my nails beautifully. I will definitely be returning :) Everyone go book Ivonne rn!!!!
