I'm from Buffalo, NY, so getting my bails feet and eyebrows done out of town was a little scary, but they did a wonderful job. The atmosphere was very nice, clean, beautiful chandeliers, complimentary drinks, and chips. The same lady did all 3 of my services. Mai was quick and efficient. They were very friendly except the young girl that checks you in.

I went to VIP because I’ve heard good things from a friend and took a chance. Upon arrival as a walk in, I was checked in and taken right away. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the shop. Very welcoming and lots of options for services and polish colors. Lots of add ons to choose from if you’re feeling you want a little extra. Amy was very kind and took attention to detail with my pedicure. I didn’t feel like a number, or rushed. The products they use for pedicures smell awesome!! I am very pleased with how my toes look afterwards and I even added an eyebrow waxing last minute that I was pleased with. When checking out I was even given a little gift.... read full review

Went there with my almost 9 year old daughter for a birthday treat to ourselves. I had to keep reminding my nail tech which services I wanted. And with my daughter the lady she had, started to get an attitude with her for not knowing what to do next. And then at the end when I went to pay I find out that they charged me full adult prices for my almost 9 year old (4 days before birthday). I never got charged adult prices for her services before. And when I said I had a discount to use I was told they don't do that. $200 and I will never go back there again.
