i wish i could leave this 0 Stars -- i hired him to install duct work to get heating to my other side of my house - ran the duct work told me to wait a week to see what happens. heat never worked - contacted multiple HVAC companies and was told the same thing - the duct work is run incorrectly. i asked John about this and he wouldn't listen to me - and then stated after the fact that my furnace was not sized correctly for the house. so i paid for duct work which won't work. save yourself a headache - i already booked a reputable HVAC company - they are doing a rip and replace.*** Update - I heard back from the NJ Attorney General - They have agreed with my side... read full review

I've done business with Airline Heating and Cooling more than once.Their field rep has always been a well mannered, good troubleshooting mechanic. One thing you can count on is honesty in the way they conduct business. I know if their mechanic tells me what's broken or is on its way to being broken, I don't need to look and see. This is in response to Mr. Ayes negative review. Mr. Ayes contracted us to fabricate and install duct work. Which is exactly what was done. I returned to the job twice to resolve his issue. The style furnace he has doesn't allow the fan to spin at full rpm which is what is causing his issue. I also called the manufacturer of his furnace (Carrier) their response was that his furnace wasn't capable of putting out the air flow that was required under a heat load. I am sorry that Mr. Ayes didn't have a pleasurable experience with us even though we tried to appease him.
