bring your business elsewhere. I usually go to Magic Touch cleaners and they are great. However they're closed this week so i decided to give plaza a try. brought a few dresses here to hem, when i went to pick it up one had oil stains on it. I immediately noticed and told the person ringing me up. he proceeds to accuse me of bringing it in stained already. I showed him a picture of me trying the dress on at the store 2 days before and he goes "oh this is a day before, you could've eaten with the dress on before you dropped it off" excuse me??? a dry cleaner can't give a customer back a dirty dress, and obviously the person who rang me up the first time would've noticed...read full review

The best cleaners I've ever had!!!!!!! Their customer service, quality, and prices are simply the best EVER!!! All my dresses look phenomenal and been taken care of! But what really surprised me is what they have done with my fur coat! You have to see it to believe it! It looks better than new!!!!!

I brought in a brand new $60 dress today never worn only for pressing because it was clean. There were large brown stains on the dress when I picked it up a few hours later and they refused to fix it even though they caused the stains. The woman just said "I don't know" when I showed her the dress stains. NEVER BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE! I now have to get the stains removed somewhere else because they damaged a brand new dress.
