My experience was an 11 out of 10. Joey and his team are always in good spirits and ready to help you in anyway. The products are top notch and if you want something added to the product he makes it work or tells you that this will not work and here is why. I never feel pressured and I get total honesty. The place aways looks clean, well organized and his pieces are unique. I love supporting small businesses and I never feel I just purchased a cookie cutter piece of jewelry.
