First, I want to say the quality of the project seems very good and the workers who installed the fence were awesome. My complaint is with the customer service which was very unorganized. They were very pushy and when I noticed the doors were not self closing Chuck informed me that his son would be by to install the springs for the self closing fence. I had to call Chuck a few times before his son came out, but he installed on the incorrect side of the doors. I have since fixed that on my own. The 2 stars are for the workers who actually installed the fence and did so in about half a day.Service: Wood fence installation
