“Full stop !! Don't go anywhere else. These guys rule !! I had a yellow jacket nest somewhere in the wall (German yellow jackets live in walls , while the common yellow jacket nests in the ground). My attic was something out of the Amityville Horror, with yellow jackets swarming to the window. “We had not been able to enjoy our backyard because of a terrible infestation of Spotted Lanternfly nymphs. They came, did an assessment, and gave us a proposed plan. It worked perfectly. The systemic and contact treatments worked. We were able to again enjoy our backyard without nymphs. In addition, we saw no adult Lanternflies during the season when they should have been coming out. This was because of their treatments. I did a lot of research on the Spotted Lanternfly before choosing a company to deal with them and felt comfortable they were using all the best practices put forth by the researchers. It is refreshing to speak to an owner of a local company who is honest, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to do the right thing.I called Shell for what I thought was a carpenter ant problem (after calling 2 other places that just tried to sell me annual packages). The tech Paul, found the ants but advised the issue was more then ants, they were a symptom.. my problem was moisture in the walls. This is something Shell doesn’t work on. “Scott performed the inspection on our home that is in process of selling. He was funny, light, straightforward and professional. We had active termites which is not uncommon for the South Jersey Pine Barrens so we hired Eastern to come back and perform the treatment. When Scott showed up he greeted not only us so kindly, but also our pups and the kids! He was very clear on the process he would be performing at the house and gave clear direction on pet and child safety. I really appreciated that he stood with us and talked for a few before getting to work. Selling your house can be very stressful but it is people like Scott that make all the difference in the process.
