I cant say enough about Dr. Frank and the quick results acheived last week. I was having trouble with antacid and digestion about a month ago which was uncomfortable and annoying. After two weeks I went to my doctor and was told to double up on the Prilosec and it should go away a short time thereafter. Eight days later there was no relief, so I decided to stop by Dr. Franks office to try something. The following morning I woke up feeling much better! I stopped the medicine and will make it a point to stop by ACA for an adjustment on a regular basis.

Dr. Altenrath was highly recommended to me and I see why. I appreciate his holistic approach to the body and medicine. He has an extensive base of knowledge and a desire to understand new approaches and techniques. I see him on a continual basis, whether I have an injury or not, just to keep my body "tuned up". I came to Doctor Altenrath with back and hip pain trying to avoid surgery and was through with taking pain medication. He put me through a thorough examination and showed me exactly where my problems were. I had never had an exam as thorough as this one was. He explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. I was given a specific plan of action with specific goals spelled out. The plan included exercises and stretches along with specific chiropractic adjustments. I am now able to walk without back pain and am no longer considering surgery. I would highly recommend that anyone that is looking to find and eliminate the cause of their spinal pain to call Dr. Altenrath immediately.
