She told me they’d do their best to remove the stain but could not guarantee it. When I picked it up today, the stain is totally gone. I am so grateful for their quality of work.“

“This place is absolutely fantastic. Today, I was feverishly looking for someone who can do same day alterations to a new suit that i needed for tomorrow. First off, their sewing machine was broken, so they called in a favor from a friend. Not sure if they borrowed a machine or if the friend did the work - but either way, they found a way to get it done. BUT it doesn't stop there.It was 10:30am and I had to leave for work by 1pm. They were not going to be done until around 4:30, giving me no shot at picking it up (and tomorrow is Sunday!) Seeing how much I was in need of getting this suit done and back, they offered to drop it off at my house for me! I don't know if this is a typical service they provide, but they knew I needed help and they were there. She said to me "I can tell you need some help, so we'll take care of you!" “Sam and Ato are lovely humans and always do good work. When I ask them to use unscented laundry soap, they do, and never charge me. I have had rips, tears, holes and small alterations fixed and have always been very happy with the results, and grateful I don't have to do them since I am a terrible seamstress. They always pick up and drop off laundry free of charge (although they are a small outfit and I hope everyone is tipping them well, if they pick up and drop yours off too). I have been using their laundry and dry cleaning services for 12 years and I have never had a problem. I am grateful they are in the neighborhood.“

“I find the place extremely clean abd tidy. Plenty of machines, so there is no waiting. The staff is very helpful and more so helping elderly to lift. I've been to others in the area, but this one is the best I think in the area. Only downside is it closes early, but hey they have a life too.“
