I had a nightmare scenario, woke up and my laptop was stuck in an infinite boot loop. I lost all my work and college papers. I walked into their location, even though their sign says to make an appointment via phone call. They were so kind a helpful from the start. They immediately took my laptop and were able to begin the diagnosis within the next 24 hours. Unfortunately, they were unable to recover my data (most likely because I tried to fix the problem myself before seeking help), but made a wonderful referral to another shop that specialized in recovering corrupted data. I have used Lifeline Technology Solutions for a long time now. They have worked on all my computers and have done a great job.
I have my own Business and I have a seen a lot of different business good and bad, but this company is very personable and professional in every way.
I would highly recommend this company.
