Terry and Leanne were amazing inspectors. They were extremely professional and thorough. They made sure to walk us through every little detail and call out anything that seemed slightly amiss. All while having a little fun as well. Big shout outs to their team, would highly recommend for your next inspection!
Highly recommend Home Safe Inspections. Terry and his team are always prompt, easy to work with and do a fantastic job explaining all facets and components of a home inspection. They also use a great tool that is robust and makes reading a home inspection clear for everyone. Really nice people too
Terry & crew are the best in the biz. When purchasing a home built in the 1870's we got into a bidding war with others and had to waive the 1st $10,000 of any repair costs discovered during the inspection. HomeSafe came in and performed the most thorough inspection I've ever seen - even snaking the wasted drain to the street with a telescoping camera. Bonus points for Terry & crew being so professional, kind and just awesome to work with. I highly recommend!
