“Really good place and quick service. My only complain is the hours. Why is it only open when we work? If I didn’t have a regular job I would open the same exact store but open at 1pm and close at 11pm. I would literally take all the business away even I did a lousy job. Why open at 7am? I am at the gym in Manhattan at 7am. I feel like my clothes are held hostages now until the weekend!“

“I love Flair cleaners. It’s the only cleaners that can do anything I need and do it well. They can get out any stain or smell, and don’t up charge you for scrubbing. They are fair with pricing and don’t nickel and dime each garment. I go out of my way to take sensitive items there.“

“I have been an Essex Green Cleaners customer for at least a decade if not longer. They have been nothing short of terrific every time I have used their services. They are extremely reliable as well as efficient. In addition, their prices are very reasonable. On my last visit prior to this review I brought in a hockey jersey that had a large stain on the back. I was unsure how long the stain had been on the jersey so I was worried that it could be permanent. When I picked up the jersey upon completion I checked the back of the jersey....and found nothing. “It took me a few attempts to find a great dry cleaner in the area, but I have! I've been using them weekly for two years now. No one washes men's dress shirts overnight anymore, but they have the quickest turnaround of anyone in the area. They've done a great job with silk scarves (even stained scarves), wool sweaters (getting a stain out from cream cashmere was not easy, but they did it). I did have a shirt mix-up once (got the wrong shirt), but they fixed it the next day when I brought it back. People at the counter are friendly and they actually care about the work they do. Overall, I'm really happy with the quality and service.“
