I was a Banfield member, but I had to use Cranbury Animal Hospital for my yorkie surgery. Wonderful experience & I have been using them ever since & it has been 3 years since the surgery. They are always able to get me in for an appointment. Nice, friendly staff. Great doctors that listen & take their time with your dog. Never rushed! They give you the cost upfront, so there are no surprises. I prefer Cranbury Animal Hospital compared to Banfield.
My little dog got bitten at a nearby turnpike exit and this vet office was so helpful in letting me bring her in right away even though she wasn't their patient. They cleaned her up and treated her wounds. The staff was so nice and even had treats for the pet parents, which I def needed! Thank you for being there for Brandie. She's still very sore and depressed, but she should be fine.
Great staff! They had no availability and no vet would see K9 Szandy injured at work. One call, 5 mins later, K9 Szandy was in their system and they said get here as soon as you can. Amazing! All other vets stated they were too busy or short staffed to treat an injured K9. Cranbury opened their doors and treated her like she should be treated! Excellent job! By the way this is my first ever rating of a business. Great job guys!
