“This is my 3rd visit with Jag Hainesport. Not getting into it all, but I have various things that are making it difficult to enjoy life with my husband and grandchildren.
Upon walking in (to check it out) we were greeted by Kevin who was very knowledgeable about what insurances would cover and not. Told me he would confirm everything and get back to me, which he did sooner than I expected.
My first meeting with Andrea was so positive. She tested me tried things out on me and evaluated what I would need to do to achieve my goals. She sent me home with exercises and we set up a regimen and appointments.
Following that I also met Luke. Again, very knowledgeable very positive and made me feel very comfortable.

“I had a great experience both therapists at Capstone Physical Therapy. Jackie helped me regain mobility after a pretty rough broken foot. She helped me achieve my goal of being able to jog again. During the process we uncovered some underlying issues with my foot and rather than fix the basics, we addressed the whole problem which was great. I left feeling strong and ready. Both therapists at the office, Jackie and Brian, are professional and kind. The environment was professional but relaxed which was nice. Would recommend.“

“My visit was for bilateral knee pain not new to this practice. I was quickly brought in for x-rays, the x-Ray tech 5/5, was engaging, kind, polite, identified me as the correct person, overall very professional!
I was seen by PA Sean, hands-down a 5/5!
I finally decided to jump in a get those knees replaced.
I was educated and instructed about robotics surgery and the prep work that goes into the “behind the scenes “ before surgery.
We discussed pain management, recovery time, my role to prepare for surgery; weight loss, building up muscle and strength training, and post op expectations.
I am definitely nervous yet excited to be relieved of pain.
Sean and I discussed knee injections prior to surgery to get me through the next couple of months.
Overall each staff member I encountered was kind, courteous, compassionate, knowledgeable (in their capacity) and identified me before discussing my case.
