“We hired Robaire to install 4 mini splits to one outside unit. Rob came over and we planned how and where everything would be installed. The order was placed and about 2 weeks later, they came to install. Work took a day and a half, and when it was all done, my house got cold fast. My review is all positive but if you need a negative to balance it out, they did leave dirty finger and hand prints on the units and the wall around the unit. I just wiped everything when they were done and all is good. I had a concern after the installment, so I contacted Rob and he sent someone to take a look. It has been 3 months and everything is working great. Great install and no complaints. I will recommend Robaire to anyone who is looking into A\C for their house.“

“I just want to share how wonderful Hector was in helping me and my husband with our air conditioner unit today. The temperature in our house was up to 81 degrees despite setting it to much lower the last two days. I originally called a different company that I had a maintenance agreement with. They came and said there was ice in it and said to turn it off and let it defrost and they would come back to finish the maintenance the next day. When they came back, they wanted an exorbitant amount of money for a temporary fix. This is when I decided to get a second opinion and found Perfect Air. Hector called me back and asked many pertinent questions in order to determine the problem. He came over right away on a Sunday and the total cost to repair it was approximately the price of what the other company was just charging for the refrigerant. It’s needed service twice, once about seven years ago, and today. We let them know it was out yesterday around 4:30 pm and they were here before noon, earlier than expected.
