We had scheduled oil to be delivered Tuesday, but no one came. When my husband called the woman apologized and said she didn’t write a date on the ticket and they would be out Wednesday. No delivery Wednesday. Called again and were promised a Thursday delivery. We thought we were not going to get delivered to when we didn’t see anyone by dinner. But then the owner (I think) called my husband and apologized for being so behind. Explained some situations they are dealing with and said he was still out in the area and would come by. We went to bed around 11pm and still no oil. When we woke up, we had oil with a receipt in the mailbox! It felt like Santa had came ?The fact this man was out all hours of the night making deliveries to keep up with an insane schedule and dealing with his own troubles show how dedicated they are to their customers. Thank you for your awesome service!
My experiences with Haviland Oil have been beyond extraordinary. I am not someone who is big on posting reviews, however I felt this one needed to be written. I don’t know how this family run company does it, but no matter when I frantically call that I am out of oil, they manage to have some delivered in the amount of time that doesn’t make you want to go to someone else’s house for heat/hot water etc. Cindy has always been so helpful and patient if I had any questions relating to my boiler or oil tank. Their son, who delivers the oil is beyond courteous and respectful. They try to be as fair as possible with their cost and they are the kind of people you want...read full review

Their son, Kyle, who delivers the oil is beyond courteous and respectful. They try to be as fair as possible with their cost and they are the kind of people you want to support. I have been using them for the past three years and I wish I had found them sooner. I highly recommend using Haviland Oil- you won't be disappointed!!! 10 stars!
