“Florence Family Dental is amazing. The Dental Hygienists and the Dentists have been so nice to me. Their chairs have a massage and heat function and they give you sun glasses just to make all their patients comfortable. I have never waited long in the lobby to be called. It's usually right at my appointment time.<br><br>I have had several dentists in the past who have not listened to my concerns and my anxiety about getting cavities filled. I'm the type that they have to put 5 shots in my face just to begin to numb the area. So I have felt the pain of drilling before and it scares me.<br><br>The one cavity I had filled with Florence Family Dental, Dr. Blum was so kind and reassuring. He understood my anxiety and didn't make me feel silly for having it. He promised me that the cavity was so shallow that he could drill without the numbing agents and I wouldn't feel anything. I was so scared but he was right. He handled it so delicately and I didn't feel anything.<br><br>It's really nice to have a dentist who cares and works to undo the trauma I have from other dentists I've had in the past.<br><br>10/10 recommend this place.“

“Dr. Najafi is a wonderful, caring dentist. She is young and knowledgeable, and the first dentist I have had who really seems to care about her patients. I had the most thorough cleaning I've ever had, and she didn't shame me once for not having seen a dentist in over 5 years. I have one spot on a tooth that is sensitive, and she was very careful to not overdo it in that area. Her assistant, Maria, is just lovely. They make a terrific team. My mom also saw Dr. Najafi a bit ago for a crown, and can't stop remarking on how it's the best crown she's ever gotten. I guess I'll actually start going to the dentist regularly again since I've found a great one.“

“The dental practice was wonderful. There was adequate parking and the building itself was nice; the handicapped access ramp was a very nice addition. The hygienist was one of the best I can remember. The x-rays and cleaning were as close to painless as possible for dental work. I liked the dentist as he treated me as a real person, not just a client. The staff at checkout were great, they were so sweet.I have not had any fillings in a dozen years and they are failing. I have an appointment to have them treated.“

“Had pain on one side. Thought it was a toothache. After one xray Dr Petrillo said the teeth are okay. Problem is I'm brushing the right side too hard. Makes sense because I'm right handed. Wearing away the gums and exposing the root. That explains the sensitivity to hot/cold drinks and salty foods. Gave me Sensodyne toothpaste to use like Ambesol at night. I got good news at the Dentist!!“
