I am a sales associate and every time I need to help a customer with their policy it takes over 45 min to an hour to talk to someone and it is always very difficult and inconvenient. I called today to add a vehicle to a policy and the representative answers the phone with "Hello". When I asked for a supervisor they hung up on me. For now on I will be recommending my customers to go with another insurance company that has better services and time management.
