I showed up today for what I thought was my appointment. Well, due to my lack of awareness it wasn't until next Monday. They were never rude and told me it wasn't a problem as they so happened to have room in their schedule and performed my cleaning anyway. Absolutely amazing customer service. 20/10 Customer service!

My experience was outstanding from scheduling my appointment, arriving to a very courteous front desk staff.My hygienist was Tracy and I can honestly say this was the best cleaning I have ever experienced.She was pleasant, courteous, and considerate of how I was doing.I am not a fan of dental offices but this officeWas exceptional.Dr Wahl also checked my teeth and was wonderful.Thank you all for such wonderful service.

You don’t find a practice like this often, in any branch of medicine. I had an issue that required several visits (orthotic to fix my bite and heal a popping jaw). Since my comfort was the real key that things were improving, they told me to call if I needed an adjustment. I felt like a nuisance at a time when I know they were very busy. (Also I don’t mean to initiate a surge of in the spot appointment requests!) But at every stage and by everyone—receptionists, hygienists, the doctors—I was really treated individually with precision and care. They really deserve a medal. And my jaw is getting better :) highly recommend.
