I called to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Ciara and she asked for my name and contact info, and she never called back! What's the point of giving your information if you are not going to give a courtesy call to say "yes" or "no"?

Great work Ciara! Your patience and persistence to give Kennedy a much needed haircut is greatly appreciated!! It was a long 5 hour process due to all her hair but you powered through! She is in love with her locks!! Thank you!!

Never have I ever had to worry about getting hair trims here where the stylist cut too much hair or made my hair uneven. Michelle is a wonderful hairstylist not only for her cutting skills, but also for her warm personality.
