I wish I could share a great review of a job well done! Unfortunately we couldn’t even get to that point. Someone was supposed to come out yesterday to see our job - we waited for the 2 hour window but they were a no-show. I had to call their office to find out they weren’t coming, and to get rescheduled for today. Another 2 hour window - no show again! They finally reached out 1 1/2 hours later, which is just so rude. I understand that other things come up, but there’s no reason why they couldn’t have called us to let us know there was a schedule problem. We lost half of our weekend waiting for these guys.

Terrible company. Did not show up on time. Called multiple times, no meaningful response. Eventually their technician called saying that he has to re-schedule but can come over if I pay him enough. Office and tech says completely different things. Stay away.

Never showed up to our appointment and never gave me a call to inform me that they weren't coming. After multiple times of calling and not getting calls back, they finally told me the technician thought my house was too far and didn't want to come. Really didn't want to write a negative review so I asked to speak with the manager to talk things out and never got a call back. Terrible experience.
