“This F45 is a very special place. I encourage anyone who is slightly interested to try it out.I took advantage of Wahlberg Week, which is a twice-a-year promotion all F45 clubs do where you can try 7 classes for $7. Basically free. After completing 6 of those classes, I wish that I had found this place sooner.What sets those place apart from other workout studios are the coaches and community aspects. I picked up on it right away. The coaches are familiar with all members and know them by name. They quickly saw that I was a new face and learned my name. I was getting coached right away like I was part of the team!If you’re not familiar with how F45 works, definitely look that up. You can find that anywhere. The movements are functional and often challenging! But I want to give most of my review to raving about these high-quality coaches.The coaches at F45 North Paramus are TOP NOTCH! After one week I remember many names…Michelle, Nick, Dani, Marissa, Jenny, Drea, Felicia, Rakeesh….they all have such command of these movements. They’re all committed and dedicated to helping their members. Try a class and see for yourself! They fly around the room during workouts and help each person, adding a level of personal coaching to the classes that helps you improve your form!During each class I took, I had a “mini one-on-one” session with each coach where they took time to show me a movement I wasn’t doing correctly, watch me do it, and help me fix my form. It doesn’t get more personal in a class setting!And all of the coaches at this F45 have such positive, fun, uplifting personalities. They all bring their own flare to the demos and classes to bring that community aspect. Their infectious personalities permeate the room and get others motivated!! They play great music too, playing DJ mixes that cover tons of songs you know.Did I mention this club sends out a newsletter to its members?! How great is that! Once again, it provides a fun sense of belonging to a community all about getting in shape.I had such a fun time at F45 North Paramus AND improved on several movements! They have a special thing going here, and they’re ready to accept anyone who wants to come with a positive attitude and put in the work to better themselves!“
“At 75 I was hesitant to get a trainer, but my daughter-in-law convinced me to. My trainer, Alex, is the best! I've had 10 sessions and will continue to have him come. Although I get achy after a session, I have already noticed that I my legs and arm muscles are stronger! I can now carry my 25 lb granddaughter with no problem! I've never been a trainer person, having worked with several and finding middling success.Dan is something else, though. He's the best motivator, and he knows his stuff. I've been taking group boxing classes with him consistently for 2 months, and I intend to keep going for as long as possible. It's a blast, and Dan does a lot to build an inviting and family-like atmosphere.I really can't recommend this gym enough. Come for the workouts and stay for the fantastic folks.“
