I've been going to Crystal regularly for over 10 years. I get the full facial treatment and it includes a microdermabrasion, and other "machine" treatments, face massage and body massage as well as cleaning and masks. It's a full 2 hours of treatment tailored to my skin needs for 130$ when I buy a package of 10. I noticed that all the bad reviews here are from people going with a groupon for 1 time 1 service and expecting miracles. I guess that doesn't work so well?
