“Carrie is outstanding. She is able to communicate directions and explain the importance of proper form all the time. In addition, she remembers my personal needs and talks through her class plans prior to the start of class. She will also suggest modifications during class as we go along as she notices my inability to do something. She is so awesome that when my joints are tight, she will help me get my feet in straps. Truly, Carrie is exceptional.“
“So happy to have found this studio filled with love, support, and community (and the most beautiful plants!) I first took Nancy’s slow flow classes and was energized and reminded to move through poses without judgement, and felt held and supported, even in the midst of the fullest of classes. They fill up for a reason! Morgan’s classes are always fresh but familiar, and her breath to movement synchrony is UNMATCHED. Her in-depth knowledge of how the body responds and recovers from challenging poses is genius, and helps build strength while avoiding injury.Chris and Morgan have handpicked teachers that are rooted in the same knowledge and hold the same values of support. Every teacher has their own fun style and they guide you in a supportive, nurturing and unique way. The energy they bring is beautiful and pure, and I sincerely love every single one of them. They have each helped me rebuild my practice in the most beautiful way, and I’ve never felt stronger on and off the mat. I absolutely recommend this studio - if it’s your first time practicing or your 500th. So much love for this place!“
“SO far I've only been able to attend Susan's Sivananda class and it is AMAZING. Brand new to this unique practice that incorporates rest in between each posture. INCREDIBLE - love Susan's guidance, her hands on assistance and her encouragement. LOVE it!“
“I tore my ACL playing soccer and had reconstruction surgery in 9/2017. I was referred to Paula Czapla by someone I just met on my commute to work as he raved about her approach and results. I came in worried about how I was going to cope with my recovery and get stronger again to be active. Paula and her team took me in under their wings and have helped me back onto my feet to walk again. Using PT and Neurokinetic Therapy (TM) has been the best thing for my recovery. I've learned so much about my body and how to help it heal. She knows exactly how to "fix" things and bring awareness to me about how my body is responding or not responding to certain exercises. I use words now like "active" as in "I need to active my gluts" on a regular basis. Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious. I'm looking forward to making my full year recovery with Paula and her team, There is no doubt that her approach heals you and I 100% recommend her practice (by the way they play great music too in the studio).“
“Karen has a big open heart with so much knowledge to share. Anyone taking classes at her studio is truly blessed ❤️❤️“
“I believe it's important to note that I am a senior citizen. my hearing isn't the best, I'm certainly not flexible and my memory isn't as good as it once was. With those points made, this class really fit my needs, Lauren spoke clearly and she demonstrated the poses as she moved through her sequence with smoothness and precision. Making the class, challenging and rewarding. She also presented with kindness as we all moved in a unified pace.I really enjoyed this class and feel that other yogis would also very much e joy practicing with Lauren“
“Cathy recently hosted my Girl Scout troop and it was fabulous! She was wonderful. The girls had such a great time working as teams to support each other, move their bodies, relax their minds and encourage themselves and others that they are empowered and awesome. Thank you, Cathy for an amazing event and I hope to make this an annual thing for the girls or even just myself.“
