Not only was his quote lower than the others received, but it was his explanation of the work he would do and the materials he'd use to repair sections of rotted exterior siding of my home that made me comfortable with him. Above that, he delivered! Started on the day he said he would, completed the work in two days, quality of work was excellent, and cleanup was meticulous as well.
