Britney made my shopping experience unforgettable. Her vibrant personality and helpful attitude made me want to visit again just to see her. Ulta is lucky to have such a standout employee like Britney!
I absolutely love Britney! She was so helpful, patient, kind, and honest. She helped me find my correct shade of makeup. We tried different face powders and bronzers until it all came together. If you need help, Britney is your girl!
First time shopping at ULTA for me, and I’ll never go back to Sephora again! I love that they have high end brands like Chanel and Laura Mercier, but also all my drug store favorites like LaRoche-Posay and RoC. Even during the holiday crush they had everything i needed in stock. I interacted with many staff members who were available to help, and they were all gracious and kind.
