Sinan and his team is great, they are a family business which means they have alot flexibility and can offer good price on top of good work. There are quite a communication and work around COI that my building requires at the first place, but it works out at the end with some extra cost that I'm willing to pay.I was really hesitate to leave my place to the them while I'm on a 2 weeks vacation, but I decided to take the risk and have them to work in my apartment without any supervision.
