Tilson has been in my neighborhood disrupting the area installing cable. This was a mere annoyance and blocked off the roads in my neighborhood for a couple of weeks.
Today, I came home and they were once again digging in my yard. They moved my recycle bin onto the sidewalk so they could park their trucks where my bin was. They left and did not put my bin back. They also put their cable waste in my can. Needless to say, the recycling truck did NOT pick up my recycling because your people were too lazy to park in a manner that did not block off my can and did not have enough respect to put things back where they found them.
