Every time they are scheduled to come to clean my home, 4 bedroom, 3 bath colonial, it is a different crew. I need to explain everything to them and what needs to be done. They charge a different price each time they come and the house is not even clean. They do not use a soap based water or cleaner to mop the floors, all they use is a bucket of water used throughout the house, which is dirty by the time they come into the kitchen. They do not clean the corners or the ceilings which has cobwebs on them or dust the ceiling light fixture. They are here just over an hour for the size of my home. We've been very happy with My Cleaning Lady and have been using them for about a year. The ladies are courteous, accommodating, and do a good job. The office manager, Eva is very attentive to requests, and is good at communicating any last minute changes to schedules.

I have no complaints at all!! This service has been cleaning my house for over 10 years and I have a great relationship with all of them. They are not perfect, but if you don't like something, just tell them and they will absolutely do their best to fix it on all levels! If you expect perfection, then clean your own house! I would absolutely recommend them!!
