The Qeek Squad wanted to charge me two separate charges one for the printer and another for the computer. I called Best IT who came to the house the same day. The service rep spent 2 hours updating and setting up everything and didn't leave until he patiently went over everything with my granddaughter explaining every detail she needed to know.
