“Sinan and his team is great, they are a family business which means they have alot flexibility and can offer good price on top of good work. There are quite a communication and work around COI that my building requires at the first place, but it works out at the end with some extra cost that I'm willing to pay.I was really hesitate to leave my place to the them while I'm on a 2 weeks vacation, but I decided to take the risk and have them to work in my apartment without any supervision. I texted Sinan everyday to check on the status, and he is very responsive and send me pictures and go above and beyond to make sure everything is good. Side story, my friend helped me to check on my apartment one nite while im still on vacation and told me there is water leaking from my kitchen sink. And I texted Sinan right away, he drove 40min from his home to my place to check on everything and help me to fixed the water leakage.
