This is the worst refrigeration company in New Jersey. Buyers Beware!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY MEANS. Victoria von dem Hagen and Will Shutterworth are terrific salespeople that deceptively get you to spend your money with Bergen Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. They know their work is faulty and do not care. Frank Casella is the Owner of the business and he is never available to speak with customers. Victoria and Will do all of Frank Casella's bidding and it is really appalling that he is still raking in the cash deceiving people. This company is a patcher, not a fixer. Victoria von dem Hagen and Will Shutterworth are terrific salespeople that deceptively get you to spend your money with Bergen Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Bergen Refrigeration repaired a defrost clock in my walk in refrigerator a short time ago. I called the company less than three months later that their work was faulty. My fridge was running hot, I panicked, and called Bergen Refrigeration and Air Conditioning to fix their work. Will Shutterworth cursed me out and refused to warranty his own work. The company stole over $2000 from me and I needed to hire a new refrigeration contractor to fix their mess. Thank goodness my problem is now solved, but no thanks to Bergen Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. ALL THE COMPANY WANTS TO DO IS STEAL YOUR MONEY. They have no intention of doing any work properly.

so i just called to request service and the very first thing the lady ask me was where im located and how soon im looking to get service and even though i said i'm not in a rush to get my commercial fridge look up, she refused to take my business because "too back up''. For some reason i feel like is because the area where i need the service is not rich bergen county.
