We have three large trees surrounding our house and during the fall it rains leaves, clogging our gutters frequently. I reached out to Quality 1st and was put in touch with Tom Petry. Tom was super responsive, walked me through the process so I knew what to expect from his team and answered all my questions and had great suggestions. Tom came to the house the following day to take measurements and pics of the property. I had the estimate the same day and was given very fair pricing. Tom got me on the schedule quickly. The day of the appointment, Carlos and Noah called to let me know they were 40 minutes away. They arrived on time, got to work right away and finished the job within 1.5 hours. I wasn’t home, but received text messages when they finished along with over a dozen pictures showing how clogged the gutters were, what they looked like after the cleaning and pics of the finished install. Came here to leave a review and noticed a bad review to my nail tech. Yes I'm talking about the blonde Hispanic girl. I've been doing my nails with her for years and I have had no complaints at all. I'm always pleased with her job, yes she's serious but that doesn't take away that she's great at what she does. So because one petty annoying person didn't like her job for whatever reason doesn't mean she does a bad work. As she stated she didn't finished the job so don't give a bad rating to her when she didn't even do the art work. But other than that she's amazing with her job, super talented so for me I'll give 100 stars. Keep it up Sheila.
I got my nails done 2 weeks ago by the first time in XO Nails and I really really liked it. The minute I got in somebody asked me what i wanted to do that day I wanted less than 5 min to get my manicure and I loved it. Everyone were super nice and the place was clean. I recommend this place.
